Tips to Make the Most of the Festive Season

1. Be kind to yourself
Give yourself some love. Do whatever makes you feel good – a candle-lit bath, yoga, nap, coffee run, walking or watching funny vids. Whatever makes you feel good, do more of that.

2. Reach out
Missing someone? They probably miss you too. A quick text or call can make both your days better.

3. Be alone if you want to
If you would rather spend Christmas solo, that is 100% okay. Do what feels right for you.

4. Do not believe the Instagram hype
No one’s posting their family drama or burnt turkeys. Real life is not perfect filters.

5. Use what is out there
Hotlines and support services exist for a reason — do not hesitate to reach out if you need to. You deserve help and care.

6. Move on after the holidays
Christmas comes and goes, and 2026 is right around the corner. After all the festivities, there’s more ahead so make your big plans for the new year!
